Instructions for Service & Sales Event:
Person who uses the knives must be present for the appointment. No drop-offs permitted - apologies for any inconvenience. At your scheduled time bring all your Cutco from home. We will go over everything, sharpen what we can and help package and ship anything broken or in need of factory sharpening to our factory in Olean, NY. This is also a great opportunity to check out our current specials, new products and update your Cutco inventory and wish list!
